IMPACT is delivered by a passionate and experienced team, led by Tonbridge School’s expert staff and tutors and supported by Old Tonbridgians (OTs) – alumni who bring energy, insight, and mentorship to the programme. This unique combination of current educators and former students creates a vibrant learning environment rooted in excellence and community.
Tonbridge School tutors provide academic depth and pastoral care, ensuring every student is challenged and supported through their journey. The OTs, many of whom are university students or recent graduates from top universities, offer relatable guidance and fresh perspectives, helping participants build confidence and broaden their horizons.
While the programme is mainly staffed by Tonbridge School teachers and alumni, other experienced educators may also contribute, enriching the experience with their own expertise and enthusiasm.
Our staff play a key role in building lasting relationships and creating a supportive environment where students feel inspired to aim higher, think deeper, and grow beyond the classroom.

Ella is the primary point of contact for IMPACT Programmes, supporting parents, students and agents throughout every stage of the programme journey. From initial enquiries and registration through to arrival on campus and departure at the end of the programme, she provides clear communication, practical guidance and ongoing support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all participants.
In the lead-up to the summer, Ella coordinates the distribution of key programme information and documentation, establishing strong relationships with families prior to our students’ arrival on site.
